jonaszmaczynski.pl is a personal research and writing project created by Jonasz Maczyński.

Support My Work is planned as a voluntary recurring subscription of €5 per month intended to support independent writing and research published on the Website.
The service is scheduled to become available from February 2027.
Supporting the Website does not provide access to therapy, psychological consultations, professional advice or exclusive medical or psychological services.
§ 8. Newsletter
Where newsletter functionality is available, newsletter communication is optional and requires the subscriber's consent.
There is no separate public newsletter registration form on the Website. Newsletter subscription may be offered as part of the Support My Work subscription process.
§ 9. Consumer Rights
If you use a paid service as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Where required, information concerning the right of withdrawal, exceptions to that right and the commencement of digital or recurring services will be provided during the checkout process.
§ 10. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
When Support My Work becomes available, payments and recurring subscription management are intended to be handled through Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Applicable payment, cancellation and refund conditions will be presented during checkout and may also be governed by Paddle's applicable terms.
The subscriber may cancel a recurring subscription according to the cancellation procedure available through the payment service.
§ 11. Website Availability
Jonasz Maczyński aims to keep the Website available and functioning, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer, including any right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of habitual residence.
